Vinegar Wrap
Helps ease aches and pains that don't seem to go away with normal remedies.
You will need ~
Let's say you have a pain in your ankle from playing soccer:
Take it all apart when you wake up. It should feel better. Let me know if it worked or didn't work for you. I'll help you debug the problem. Some people skip step 8 and complain that it didn't help much. DO STEP 8! You can buy Ace bandages at the dollar store.
One friend used it on his blood poisoning (along with his prescribed antibiotics) and the blood poisoning disappeared faster than expected. Makes you wonder!
You can apply this to practically any part of your body. Be smart though. Don't get vinegar in your eyes or in open cuts. You can use gauze or cotton for smaller areas and hands if it makes sense.
I have personally used this remedy. My husband has used it for his soccer injuries. We've shared it with friends. Each time the results were near miraculous. I hope it is the same for you!
